New Feature: Maintenance Mode

Due to popular demand, we have successfully implemented a new feature on StoreMantis: Maintenance Mode. What this does is to enable merchants to temporarily disable viewing of their sites by members of the public. This is useful in situations where you are working on your site and don’t want visitors to see your changes. When in maintenance mode, the following image will be displayed to users:

To activate maintenance mode, you’ll need to simply navigate to ‘System’->’Setting’ and then click on the ‘Server’ Tab. You will see the maintenance mode radio buttons as shown below:

How to view your website while in maintenance mode

If you would like to view your website while in maintenance mode, all you need to do is simply append the following to your store url: showsite=true e.g www.yourstore.com?showsite=true . You can do this on any page of your site e.g. www.yourstore.com/store/product/product?path=499_510&product_id=6538&showsite=true
