New Payment Methods
We are pleased to announce that we have just completed the integration of 9 Nigerian banks into our platform! What this implies is that you can now easily install the payment methods provided by these banks into your StoreMantis website. Payments received via these methods are processed immediately by your bank and deposited DIRECTLY into your bank account There are no third parties involved.
Below are the Banks (and associated payment gateways) currently supported by our platform:
- Guaranty Trust Bank – GTPay
- Diamond Bank – Diamond Webpay
- Skye Bank – Skye CIPG
- Access Bank – Access E-pay
- Stanbic IBTC Bank – Stanbic My Blue Pay
- Fidelity Bank – Fidelity Paygate
- FCMB – FCMB Webpay
- UBA – UBA Ucollect
- FirstBank – FirstPayLink
How do I configure a payment method?
Installing any of the aforementioned payment methods is very easy and straightforward. Simply follow these steps:
- Contact your bank and register for their online payment gateway: This usually requires that you have a corporate account with the bank. Most banks do not charge any setup fees for registration (with the exception of GTB). Once you have successfully registered, your bank will issue you a Merchant ID.
- Install your payment method: Login to your storemantis account and navigate to ‘Extenstions’->’Payments’ (or click here: http://www.storemantis.com/merchant/extension/payment). Look for the payment method you need and click the ‘Install’ link beside it.
- Save your Merchant ID: Once you have successfully installed your bank’s payment method, click the ‘Edit’ link beside it. This will open a form with a field for saving your Merchant ID. Input the id supplied by your bank and click the ‘Save’ button.
Thats it! You can now receive online payments from Mastercard, Visa, Verve and Etranzact card holders DIRECTLY into your bank account.
